SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

Thank you for choosing us! We are proud to work with independent craftspeople and custom manufacturers to print and sew our apparel specifically for you. Because we create items on-demand to prevent waste, your order goes through distinct production phases before it is handed to a mail carrier.

📦 Two Different Production Timelines

Because our items are custom-made, different products require different amounts of time to craft. If you order a mix of items, they may ship separately so that you receive your faster items as soon as possible.

Standard Items (printed on ready-made blanks — most tees, mugs, water bottles, wine tumblers, and select leggings styles): These items are processed quickly using automated printing technology. They typically finish production and ship out within 2 to 4 business days from your purchase date.

Cut & Sew Items (sports bras, swimwear, dresses, and select leggings styles): These are high-performance garments that require a high degree of manual craftsmanship. They are printed onto raw fabric, hand-cut by specialists, and machine-stitched together from scratch to guarantee pattern matching and a flawless fit. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for this manual production phase before your item ships (occasionally longer during high-volume periods).

🔍 Why You Won't See a Tracking Number Right Away

When you place an order, you will receive an immediate Order Confirmation email. However, you will not receive a shipping notification or a tracking number for the first several days on Cut & Sew items.

Please do not worry if a week or more passes and your Cut & Sew apparel has not shipped. This does not mean your order is lost; it simply means it is still being hand-assembled by our team. A tracking link will automatically be emailed to you the moment your item ships.

🚚 Transit Times (Once Shipped)

After the production phase is complete and your item leaves the manufacturing facility, standard domestic delivery within the United States takes an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Total Estimated Time for Standard Items: 5 to 9 business days from order to door.
Total Estimated Time for Cut & Sew Items: 8 to 15 business days from order to door.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all US orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier options.

🌎 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select destinations, including Canada. International orders generally add extra time for customs processing on top of the production times above.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.). During peak seasons (November–December), please allow extra time.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
